Is my profile already highlighted on Naukri & what’s the next step I need to take here?

No. Your profile is not yet highlighted, your profile is eligible to get highlighted. 

Next, you need to update your Naukri profile as per the above mentioned rules, and once you do that (which will be recognised by automated systems), then your profile will be highlighted on Naukri. 


Important: Unless you do the above activities (Update profile as per above guidelines & be active) your profile will not be detected & highlighted by the automated systems.

Once I update my profile as per above rules & be active, how will I come to know that my profile is being highlighted?

There are 2 ways to check this:

  1. You will start seeing improvement in profile performance which is measured by “Search appearances” & “Recruiter Actions”. You can see your profile performance by logging your Naukri profile & visiting this link – https://www.naukri.com/mnjuser/performance
       
    a. Search Appearance – In how many recruiter searches, your profile is coming on top
        b. Recruiter Actions – How many times recruiters are viewing & downloading your profile
        Note: Profile performance data visible is always of Last 90 days
  2. You can email at code360@codingninjas.com to ask whether your profile is being highlighted or not, and if any more improvement is required in your profile. 
Once my profile is highlighted, can it be removed or unhighlighted later?
  • Yes. Lot of it depends on how your profile is performing. one major parameter is your activity on the platform. If you become inactive then your profile will have high chances of being removed.
  • So we recommend being very active on Naukri (applying for jobs, replying to recruiter messages/calls). 
What exactly does it mean to have my profile highlighted on Naukri?
